What we cover
Hoben Workplace Wellbeing has formulated a range of programs to enhance employee wellbeing. These programs range from two hours to three days duration, delivered in either on-line or face-to-face settings. The programs provide a space for taking stock of personal wellbeing across four discrete aspects or ‘pillars’ – physical, nutritional, mental, and conscious wellbeing.
